This project responds to the requirement of fourth year ESO students to work on the concept of participation to achieve social transformation as part of the target outlined in these materials.

The end product of the project will be a transformational activity – made possible by what today´s new technologies can offer – to raise awareness of the environment students live in. After finishing the project the students will have a text, a manifesto, position or petition and must decide what to do with it in order to make it visible. We suggest that students should use web platforms that are currently available, either by municipal and regional governments or by social movements. In other words, students will attempt to disseminate their work and make a direct impact.
